Alan Hale

Alan Hale is an experienced leader in Customer Success and Experience, currently serving as Vice President at Bitrise since November 2024. Prior roles include Global VP of Customer Success at Camunda, and VP of Customer Success for Tanzu Products at VMware, where Alan focused on integrating services to enhance customer value. Previously, Alan held executive leadership positions at Pivotal Software, Inc. and Red Hat, overseeing multidisciplinary teams and delivering on software development transformations. Additionally, Alan has a diverse background that includes program management and consulting roles at Amentra and Information Methodologies, Inc. Alan holds an MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and a BA in Financial Economics and History from the University of Virginia.
