Martin Buechsel began their work experience as the Managing Director of Schoeller & Hoesch Sarl at Glatfelter in 2001. From 2003 to 2011, they held several leadership roles in Sales & Marketing with assignments in Germany and the USA at Freudenberg Vliesstoffe KG. In 2012, they joined EagleBurgmann as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and held this position until 2021. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at BITZER.
Martin Buechsel completed the Business Leadership Programme at INSEAD in 2016. Martin also obtained a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (Dipl.-Wirtsch.-Ing.) degree in International Business - Finance from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau between 1989 and 1995.
