Patrícia Ramos began their work experience in 2014 as an HR Trainee at Michael Page, where they were part of the finance team responsible for headhunting middle and upper-level managerial and technical positions. Their responsibilities included studying positions and candidates, searching for potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and participating in the selection process. Patrícia also handled administrative tasks and conducted follow-up calls.
In 2015, Patrícia worked at Sacoor Brothers as a Recruiter, where they were responsible for recruiting new talent. Later that year, they joined GrandVision Portugal as an HR Trainee for a brief period.
Since 2016, Patrícia has been working at BIZAY as an HR Analyst. Further information about their role and responsibilities is not provided.
Patrícia Ramos obtained a Licentiate degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior from Instituto Politécnico de Tomar, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Legal Regulations and Implementations on E-Waste in EU (E-WASTEU) from Yaşar Üniversitesi in 2014. Patrícia further obtained a CCP - Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas in 2013, which was in partnership with the Instituto Politécnico de Tomar and IEFP.
