What You Will Do:

As a Customer Care Agent:

  • Providing all customers with an outstanding experience, being responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Responding to customer enquiries, including telephone calls and emails, to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other queries such as amendments, payments and cancellations.
  • Work to set customer experience milestones by responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.

As a Retention/Renewals Agent:

  • Engaging with customers through phone calls, emails, and live chat to understand what insurance they need and offer personalised solutions.
  • Building strong relationships by communicating well and really listening to customers.
  • Reviewing policies closely to make sure customers have the right coverage and looking for chances to suggest additional products (upselling)
  • Helping customers with changes to their policies, renewals, and guiding them through each step.
  • Keeping up with industry trends, products, and competitors to give customers the best and most useful information.
  • Working with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
