Nikki Svärdsén has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Redaktionschef at Newz Södertälje. In 2014, they held multiple positions, including Ordförande Marknadsföringsutskottet at Södertörns Förenade Ekonomer, Studentinformatör at Unionen, and Administratör at Stockholm Business Region Development. In 2015, they joined H&M as a Junior Produktionkoordinator and later took on the role of Strategic Planner and Production Manager. Nikki worked at H&M until 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Social Media Manager at SJ AB. Currently, they are employed at Bizkit Havas, where they started in 2021 as a Social Media Trader and later became a Media Account Manager in 2022.
Nikki Svärdsén obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Södertörns högskola, where they studied from 2013 to 2016.
