Michael Aquilina began their career in 2007 as a Team Lead at Grant Street Group, a pioneering cloud/SaaS fintech company. In this role, they led a team of developers tasked with implementing GSG's enterprise tax collection software, worked on a small skunkworks team to bring an innovative new foreclosure auction product to market, and managed a trading product for auction-rate securities (ARS) during the Great Recession. In 2013, they joined Bizowie as VP Sales & Marketing, where they promoted their Cloud ERP that provides full-featured, GAAP-compliant financial accounting with robust operational modules. Later, they took on the role of VP Operations at Bizowie.
Michael Aquilina attended Robert Morris University for Professional Communications & Information Systems. Michael obtained a Licensed general-class amateur radio operator from the Federal Communications Commission in September 2001.
