Agustin Perez-Torres is a Partner at BIG, leading the work throughout South America, including Buenos Aires. Agustin first worked at BIG in Copenhagen from 2006 to 2008, during which he worked on a number of international projects, including the 8 House. He returned to BIG in 2011 as a Project Leader in the New York office where he led the team on the development of the Vancouver House and the Washington Football Team stadium. Agustin became a partner in 2018 and is currently leading various design competitions and serves as partner-in-charge for several projects, including the new Oakland Athletics Ballpark and Miami Produce, a mixed-use development revitalizing an industrial Miami neighborhood. In addition to his design work, he has also worked as an architectural journalist and has assisted with architectural exhibitions. Previously, Agustin has also worked for OMA in Rotterdam and Carme Pinos Studio in Barcelona where he worked on projects in Europe, South America, the Middle East and Asia.
