Cynthia Long is an accomplished illustrator with a diverse artistic background, currently working at BJU Press since May 2012, where contributions include collaborating with elementary authors and producing illustrations in various mediums such as digital, fiber, oil, and watercolor. Prior roles at BJU Press involved illustrating for teacher PowerPoint presentations and assisting in the update of online educational programs. From August 2004 to May 2012, Cynthia served as a seamstress at Bob Jones University, designing and constructing period costumes for Living Gallery presentations and assisting actors with wardrobe changes. Earlier experience includes working at Picture Perfect Window Treatments as a seamstress, where custom window treatments were created. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Biblical Counseling and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Bob Jones University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design.
