Doug Fleming

Doug Fleming currently serves as the Director of Funding Strategies at BKF Engineers, where Doug leads a Grants Division focused on securing funding for diverse sectors. Additionally, Doug holds a position as a City Council Member and Mayor of Nevada City, advocating for local residents and collaborating on policy development. Previously, Doug co-founded MD&M Consulting, providing strategic planning and grant writing services, and has extensive experience as an independent consultant and in various leadership roles in business development and legal consulting. Doug's educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vassar College.
