Vitina Mandella

Vitina Mandella, P.E., LEED AP, QSD/P, currently serves as Client Services Lead-Senior Project Manager at BKF Engineers, a role held since June 2021, and is also the 2025 Chapter President of CREW Silicon Valley since January 2023. With a solid background in civil engineering, Vitina has managed significant projects including Santa Clara City Place and has previously held key positions such as Land Development Manager at HMH and Senior Project Manager at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services. Earlier experience includes serving as CEO of Flo-Rite Engineers, where a focus on stormwater management and green design was developed, and as Project Engineer at BKF Engineers, where expertise in urban redevelopment was honed. Vitina earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San José State University between 2000 and 2003.
