In 2017, Greg joined Sky Betting & Gaming as a People Experience Manager and later became the Head of People Experience and Head of Inclusion & Engagement. Following that, they worked as a Global Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Flutter Entertainment Plc, where they led the implementation of the DE&I Strategy and the Work Better Pillar of the Positive Impact Plan. Greg was responsible for introducing Peakon Include, Flutter's first DE&I measurement tool.
Greg's most recent role was as the Director of People Experience for Flutter UK & Ireland. Currently, they hold the position of Chief People Officer at BKL.
