Wai C. has extensive experience in Java development, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Java Software Developer at BKWI since January 2020, Wai C. is responsible for establishing private cloud solutions and developing microservices to facilitate communication with multiple public sector entities. Prior positions include Java Developer roles at iSENSE, focusing on digital dossiers for semi-public organizations, Sensara, where back-end systems for elder care monitoring were enhanced, and De Stiho Groep, maintaining functionalities in back-end systems. Early experience includes developing web-based applications for Delta Lloyd and managing data at Clearing House Apothekers. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Information and Communication Technology from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and an Associate's degree in Management and IT from De Haagse Hogeschool.

BKWI staat voor Bureau Keteninformatisering Werk en Inkomen en werkt in opdracht van het ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid. Wij zijn dé onafhankelijke deskundige op het gebied van ketendienstverlening & ICT binnen het domein Werk en Inkomen. BKWI bedenkt, ontwikkelt en onderhoudt producten en diensten waarmee de keten integrale dienstverlening kan realiseren. Door onze inzet helpen de ketenpartners meer burgers sneller aan werk.
