Darius Caffey, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Institutional Partnerships at BLACK ALPHABET NFP, where responsibilities include securing grants, managing submission calendars, and fostering donor relationships to increase funding and retention. As the Founder and CEO of The Closet Unlocked, Darius leads creative projects to amplify LGBTQ community narratives.
