Prasad Joshi

Prasad Joshi is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in embedded software and systems development. Currently serving as the Embedded Software Manager at Black Box since August 2021, Prasad leads the embedded software department with teams based in Ireland and India, focusing on the design and development of networking products for diverse industries. Prior to Black Box, Prasad held the position of R&D Product Technical Manager at Valeo, managing the development of ADAS systems for automotive OEMs. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Texas Instruments, Project Research Engineer at IIT Bombay, Programmer Analyst at Syntel, and Electronics Engineer at DHES. Prasad holds an M.Tech in Electronic Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Graduate Certificate in Project & Programme Management from the University of Limerick, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication.
