Jeff Bolden has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources and talent acquisition fields. In 2021, they began working as a Technical Recruiter and Technical Sourcer for Black Cape, a Human Resources Specialist for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and a Talent Acquisition Specialist for ACI Federal\u2122. In 2019, they were an Assistant Manager for the Ron Rosner Family YMCA. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Teacher for Fairfax County Government. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Program Leader II for the Ron Rosner Family YMCA.
Jeff Bolden attended Strayer University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management.
