Originally founded as Black Cat Queensland by Jai Tomlinson and Brendan Flynn, the company has grown to become a leader in supplying plant hire and contract works to the civil, rail, mining and construction industries.
The company embraces new technologies throughout its Caterpillar fleet of earthmoving equipment We are well equipped and staffed to mobilise and complete any size and complexity of projects. 
Black Cat Civil holds accreditation from the Federal Safety Commissioner and has safety, environment and quality ISO certification.
