Richard Harris has a long history of experience in the business world. Richard began their career in 1996 as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. In 1999, they Co-Founded and became CFO and SVP Strategy and Business Development at Site59, which was later acquired by Travelocity in 2002. At Travelocity, Harris held the role of SVP, Strategy and Distribution. In 2010, they founded Intent and served as CEO and Founder. Most recently, in 2020, Harris founded Black Crow AI, where they serve as CEO and Founder. Richard's current role involves using machine learning for digital commerce, predicting the future in 15ms and transforming the CAC-LTV equation.
Richard Harris obtained their Bachelor's degree in Social Studies from Harvard University. Richard then pursued an MBA in Finance and Strategy from INSEAD. Richard's education began at Sir Robert Borden Secondary School.
