Prior to this, Rick also worked for County of Lawrence as an Information System and Technology specialist. With a background in engineering and technology, Rick has also worked at Sanmina-SCI as a Test Engineering Manager and as a Test Engineer. Additionally, Rick is the owner of Lead Computing, specializing in computer and electronics repair.
