Natalie Hawley

Natalie Hawley holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management. Currently serving as IT Business Manager at Black Hills Energy since March 2021, responsibilities include overseeing a $92M budget, improving financial reporting processes, and leading department initiatives. Previously, Natalie was the Enterprise Analytics Manager at Black Hills Energy, managing a data science team, as well as holding various roles at Xcel Energy, including IT Security Solutions Lead and Lead Project Manager. Additional experience includes co-owning Weed's Greens, and positions at MGK, Questar Assessment Inc., Valspar, Land O'Lakes, and CB Richard Ellis, contributing expertise in project management, IT processes, and data analysis throughout a diverse career in the IT and agriculture sectors.
