Role Overview
We’re on the hunt for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in B2B sales and management to spearhead our sales efforts. This role is ideal for a driven individual with a deep understanding of sales strategies, team leadership, and the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment. The Sales Manager will be instrumental in shaping our sales department, optimizing our sales processes, and leading our team to achieve and exceed our sales targets.
We offer a competitive salary with On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this role. The OTE ranges from $200,000 to $220,000 annually, which includes both base salary and variable compensation based on performance metrics.
