Liz Lance

Liz Lance, EdD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, project management, and education. Currently serving as Executive Director of Q-Life Network, Liz focuses on expanding affordable broadband access in Wasco County through strategic partnerships and infrastructure growth. In addition, Liz holds roles as an Adjunct Instructor and Learning Lab Facilitator at the University of Portland, as well as Writer In Residence at Black & White Zebra. Previously, Liz worked as Chief of Staff at Performica, overseeing strategic initiatives, and held senior positions at Smarsh, directing project management and business applications. An expert in technology procurement, Liz's career began at Apple, where a commitment to customer experience was established. Liz holds a Doctor of Education degree from the University of Southern California and advanced degrees from the University of Portland.
