Andrew Snyder

Andrew Snyder is a seasoned technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering. Currently serving as SVP of Technology and Innovation at Blackbaud since July 2021, Andrew has previously held significant roles at Amazon as Software Development Manager and at Blackbaud, where responsibilities included Vice President of Engineering and Director of Software Development, managing budgets exceeding $20 million. With a strong background in transitioning to microservices architecture, rolling out Agile practices, and overseeing various product lines, Andrew has contributed to diverse projects using technologies such as VB6, ASP, and .NET. Andrew holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia.
