Jenn Willson

Jenn Willson has extensive experience in infrastructure engineering and cloud operations, currently serving as VP of Infrastructure Engineering & Cloud Operations at Blackbaud since September 1996. In this role, Jenn is responsible for 24x7 operations support and engineering innovative infrastructure solutions. Previous positions at Blackbaud include Acting Sr. Director of Infrastructure Engineering & Cloud Operations and Sr. Director of PMO, where Jenn established the PMO as a center of excellence and led a centralized team. Jenn's technical expertise spans from software development to program management, with a solid foundation in computer science, having earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in the field. Prior experience includes roles at Chapman-Jordan, Inc. and the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, focusing on software development and systems customization.
