Mason Riley

Mason Riley has extensive experience in sales training and management, currently serving as the Director of Sales Training at Blackbaud since July 2011, after progressing through various roles including Sr. Manager and Sales Manager. Prior to Blackbaud, Mason worked at Aerotek Inc. from July 2008 to July 2011 as an Account Manager and Engineering Recruiter, focusing on staffing solutions for the Engineering sector. Earlier experience includes a teaching position at Greenville County School District from August 2005 to June 2008, where Mason provided instruction in Global Studies, Psychology, and Sociology. Mason holds a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, specializing in History and Geography, from Clemson University.
