Ryan Harkins

Ryan Harkins serves as the Global Vice President of Site Reliability Engineering and Operations at BlackBerry, where leadership spans global teams and includes significant accomplishments in business transformation, particularly in a major cost reduction initiative. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Director of Engineering and Network Operations, overseeing a five-fold expansion of global DevOps teams and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. In addition to ongoing contributions at BlackBerry, Ryan Harkins holds a position as an Advisory Board Member for the Master of Cybersecurity and Threat Intelligence program at the University of Guelph. Educational qualifications include Executive Leadership Development from Queen's University and Evans Group, as well as diplomas in Computer Science and Business Administration from Mohawk College.
