David Booth is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as an Investor and Board Member at Foundry Lab, David also holds the position of Entrepreneur in Residence and Investor at Blackbird since March 2024. As a co-founder of On Deck, David has been instrumental in helping entrepreneurs launch successful startups. Additionally, David hosts a podcast for Diaspora.nz, featuring leaders from the Kiwi expat community. Notable past positions include Venture Partner at Volt Capital, Network Leader at Village Global, and various leadership roles at CoinList. David holds degrees in Law and Finance from the University of Otago and has participated in selective leadership programs such as Leaders In Tech and the Edmund Hillary Fellowship.
