Maddy Guest is an accomplished investment professional with diverse experience across various roles in finance and leadership. Currently serving as an Investment Associate at Blackbird, Maddy also co-founded and co-hosts a venture titled You're in Good Company. Previous roles include Manager in Financial Sponsors Coverage and Senior Associate in M&A Transaction Services at PwC Australia, as well as positions as an Analyst, Graduate, and Intern in Asset Finance at Macquarie Group. Additionally, Maddy has demonstrated leadership in athletics as the Head of the Junior Rowing Program and Rowing Coach at Melbourne Girls Grammar.
