Matt Gardener is a seasoned professional in marketing and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Underscore AU since October 2021, where the focus is on leveraging proprietary data to connect brands with emerging audiences. In addition, Matt holds the role of Mentor for Blackbird Giants, guiding early-stage founders, and is a shareholder at Nedd's Milk. Previous experience includes co-founding The Trenches, a mentoring initiative, serving as General Manager at No Standing, Director of Sales and Marketing at Muso, and Head of Growth at Youngbloods. Contributions to Youngbloods include national strategy development and revitalizing chapter activities in Victoria. An accomplished marketer, Matt has worked with agencies such as Saatchi & Saatchi and Clemenger BBDO on significant accounts like NAB.
