Phoebe Harrop Meadows

Phoebe Harrop Meadows is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment and mentorship. Currently serving as a Partner at Blackbird since April 2021, Phoebe supports founders in building innovative businesses from Aotearoa. Previously, Phoebe was a Mentor and Coach at Startmate from August 2020 to September 2022. From March 2018 to February 2021, Phoebe held the position of Director of Growth Equity at Generation Investment Management, focusing on investing in mission-driven, growth-stage companies. Phoebe's career also includes a brief fellowship at TechnoServe in early 2018 and a consulting role at Bain & Company from July 2014 to December 2017. Academic credentials include an LLB(Hons)/BA in Law and Spanish from the University of Otago, complemented by a student exchange program at Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
