Elizabeth Biermann

Elizabeth Biermann is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles since 2005. Currently serving as Principal Legal Counsel at Blackhawk Network, responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SAAS and commercial contracts while addressing information security and data privacy matters. Previous positions include Attorney at Tomasi Salyer Martin, where representation of financial institutions and negotiation of commercial loan transactions were key responsibilities. Elizabeth has also worked as an Associate Attorney at Lindsay Hart LLP, providing defense in commercial litigation and compliance matters, and as an Attorney at Gordon & Polscer, focusing on insurance coverage.
