Anna Sheldon

Anna Sheldon is a highly experienced professional in variable compensation and sales management, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Variable Compensation at BlackLine since April 2021. With a strong background in managing compensation processes for over 800 employees, Anna has demonstrated expertise in analytics, payroll processing, and audit liaison. Previously, Anna worked at Varian Medical Systems for eight years as the Global Sales Compensation Program Manager, leading the implementation of an Incentive Compensation Management platform, and served in various roles at Varian Medical and Siemens Medical Solutions, focusing on sales compensation, software revenue forecasting, and supply chain management. Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Golden Gate University.
