Heidi C. is an accomplished Principal Implementation Consultant at BlackLine, with extensive experience delivering complex implementation projects and advising on industry best practices for the BlackLine suite of products. Prior to BlackLine, Heidi served as an Implementation Consultant at VersaPay, managing comprehensive implementations of the VersaPay ARC solution while engaging with clients’ executive leadership. Experience also includes a role at Delbridge Solutions, where Heidi specialized in budgeting and financial reporting solutions, utilizing an agile approach to meet client requirements and providing ongoing support. Heidi began her career at IBM as an IT Specialist, facilitating project management and coordinating communications among internal teams. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Mathematics in Math/Business and IT Management from the University of Waterloo and a DEC in Science & Social Science from Vanier College.
