Raghu Dwarakanath

Raghu Dwarakanath is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering leadership and organizational growth, currently serving as Vice President and Managing Director at BlackLine since July 2022. Previously, a sabbatical was taken from November 2020 to June 2022. Prior roles include Vice President Engineering and Country Manager India at Xperi Corporation, where significant achievements included expanding an acquired startup, delivering substantial cost reductions, and enhancing team engagement. Raghu held senior director positions at Juniper Networks and RSA, focusing on innovative security products and engineering organization scaling, respectively. Additional experience encompasses pivotal roles at Intuit, Dell, McAfee, Oracle, and Infoblox, all contributing to a strong background in product development, team management, and strategic talent acquisition. Educational qualifications include Master's degrees in Computer Science from National Technological University and Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University, along with a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
