Sean McCann

Sean McCann is an experienced application support professional currently serving as the Application Support Team Lead at BlackLine since January 2021, following a role as Application Support Analyst 3. Prior experience includes working as an Application Support Analyst at Rimilia and as a Systems Analyst at Prometric, where responsibilities involved system analysis, process improvement, and automation utilizing SQL Server Management Studio, VMWare, Salesforce, OMI, and Visual Studio. Sean began the career in retail as a Sales Assistant at Smyths Toys Superstores. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Computing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development, both obtained from Dundalk Institute of Technology, alongside a Leaving Certificate from De La Salle College Dundalk.
