Robert Callen has extensive work experience in procurement and strategic sourcing. Robert began their career at Lion in 2007, where they held various roles such as Senior Analyst, Commercial Manager, and Procurement Category Manager. From 2014 to 2016, they served as the Strategic Procurement Director for Logistics at Lion. In 2017, they became the Strategic Procurement Director for Indirects at Lion, and later took on the role of Strategic Procurement Director for Packaging & Indirects. In 2019, they were appointed as the Procurement Director for International at Lion. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Blackmores Group as the Director of Strategic Sourcing.
Robert Callen completed the CPA Australia Program from 2005 to 2007, earning a degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Western Sydney University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
