Hajni Horvath

Hajni Horvath has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, having worked at BlackRock from August 2021 to December 2024 as an Associate and EMEA Recruitment Partner, where responsibilities included recruiting high-caliber talent, creating job descriptions, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process. Prior to this, Hajni spent four years at Morgan Stanley, serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator. Earlier roles include positions at Xerox as a Junior Recruitment Specialist and Translation Resourcing Analyst, and at Amplexor as a Project Manager Assistant. Hajni holds a Master's Degree in American Studies and a Bachelor's Degree in English Studies from Eötvös Loránd University.
