Phillip Jones is an experienced electrical operations manager currently leading the Electrical Workshop at Blackrow Group since November 2024, focusing on production targets, quality assurance, and health and safety. Previously, Phillip served as Deputy Production Manager at Lenzing Group from September 2016 to November 2024, where responsibilities included managing a team of manufacturing specialists and overseeing performance reviews and training. Prior to that, Phillip held various roles at Cristal, including Shift Operations Manager and Production Shift Supervisor, managing safe operations at a COMAH site and driving continuous improvement. Phillip also has a background in process operations with experience gained at Huntsman, ensuring safety and compliance at a Ferric Sulphate processing plant. Education includes studies at Hull College and Hereford School.
