As Co-Founder of Blue Collar To The Blockchain, Alana focuses on upskilling initiatives, while serving as Chapter President for the Jacksonville Blacks In Technology Foundation. Alana also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Public Speaker at Digital Greenbook LLC, addressing topics such as technical analysis and web3 education. With a background as a Private Duty Nurse at AfroButterfly LLC, Alana specializes in wound care and rehabilitation. Alana's previous experience includes roles as an Analyst at FTMO and a Registered Nurse with NursesRx, having worked in various prestigious healthcare facilities across the United States. Alana's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Florida.

The Blacks In Technology Foundation is the 501(c)(3) non-profit for Blacks In Technology (BIT), the largest community of Black people in the technology industry. Our goal and mission is to “stomp the divide” between Black tech workers and to fundamentally influence and effect change on an industry that has historically not sought parity with respect to Black workers. Our intent is to level the playing field through training, education, networking, and mentorship with the support of allies, partners, sponsors, and most importantly our global members.
