An earlier role as a Security Analyst at Online Business Systems lasted from November 2020 to July 2021. Joseph began a career at The 20 MSP in February 2017, where responsibilities included Operations Engineer, Technician Onboarding Specialist/Trainer, Tier 2 Technical Service Engineer, and Tier 1 Technical Service Engineer, concluding in November 2020.
