Emma Barnes O'Neill

Emma Barnes O'Neill is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in annual giving and major gifts. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Major Gifts and Annual Giving at Blair Academy since February 2021, Emma oversees the Major Gifts, Annual Giving team, and Alumni Giving program while leading a comprehensive campaign targeting $140 million by June 2025. Prior to this role, Emma held positions at Noble and Greenough School, where responsibilities included managing a $4.75 million annual fund and a portfolio of leadership donors, and at MEC, contributing to strategic planning for Edgewell Personal Care brands. Emma holds a BA in Media and Society/History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
