Mathieu Rompré has a strong background in communications and media. Mathieu began their career as a Regional correspondent for CBC in Newfoundland in 2006 before moving onto a role as a National Reporter for Radio-Canada in Toronto from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they worked as a Specialist in communications and media for Fasken Martineau DuMoulin from 2010 to 2012. Since 2012, Rompré has been working at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP where they have held various roles, including Director of Business Development & Firm Public Relations. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Firm Marketing Communications, PR & Quebec BD.
Mathieu Rompré attended Collège Mont Saint-Louis from 1989 to 1994, where they received their D.E.S. degree. Mathieu then enrolled at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 1996 to 1997, pursuing a minor in Political Science and Government. From 1997 to 2000, they attended Université de Montréal, where they earned their LL.B. degree in Law.
