Shaya Silber is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in pricing strategy and client service delivery. Currently serving as Senior Pricing Counsel at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP since 2018, Shaya previously held the role of Manager, Client Service Delivery at McCarthy Tétrault from 2015 to 2018, where Shaya advised on pricing legal services and implemented innovative service delivery models. Earlier experience includes the position of Product Development Lawyer at LexisNexis Canada, focusing on technology law and product innovation, as well as practicing corporate and commercial law as an Associate Lawyer at Zvulony & Co. Shaya began the legal career as a Student-at-Law at Miller Thomson LLP and completed an articling position at the Ontario Securities Commission. Shaya holds a JD/BCL from McGill University and completed an exchange program at UNSW.
