Mark joined Blake Real Estate in April 2007 as Vice President, Property Management. He currently leads the Property and Facility Management Group, directing all aspects of property and facility management for the Blake portfolio, as well as for third-party clients and projects.
Mark’s more than 25 years of real estate experience includes development and construction, as well as property and asset management and overseeing portfolios of office, retail, multi-family, and hotel properties for institutional and private clients and owners. He previously worked as Senior Director for Tishman Speyer Properties in Washington DC, and as Asset Manager for Investcorp International, Inc., in New York. Mark believes in a culture of excellence, professionalism, and service to others, balanced with a sense of proportion, ownership, and humor.
