Jim Chalil

Jim Chalil currently serves as the North America Channel Account Manager for the Central, West, and Southeast Regions at Blancco Technology Group, a role initiated in October 2023 that focuses on strengthening relationships with channel partners to drive sales and align objectives with company goals. Previously, Jim held several positions at Black Box, including NSP/DMR Channel Account Manager and Channel Account Manager for 13 states, where responsibilities included enhancing partner sales within the NSP/DMR/Reseller community. Earlier experience includes serving as a National Account Manager at ATEN Technology, where Jim collaborated with CDW to promote the ATEN brand, and as a Territory Sales Manager at D&H Distributing, managing VAR partner business. Jim's career began at Buffalo Americas as a Senior Channel Account Manager, focusing on sales quotas and partner recruitment. Jim holds a BS in Information Technology from DeVry University and a BS in Plant and Soil Sciences from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
