Parag Deshpande

Parag Deshpande's work experience includes various roles at two different companies. From May 2016 to March 2022, they worked at Blancco Technology Group, starting as a Quality Analyst and later assuming the position of Technical Lead. In March 2022, they became Assistant Manager of Technical Support. Prior to that, from January 2013 to April 2016, Parag worked at Xcaliber Technologies as a Software Quality Analyst.

Parag Deshpande attended North Maharashtra University from 2006 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications such as HDI Certified Support Center Team Lead from HDI in August 2018 and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in July 2020.
