Taylor Young is an accomplished engineering manager with extensive experience in the industrial and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Engineering Group Lead at Blast Cleaning Technologies, Inc. since December 2022, Taylor previously held the role of Senior Engineering Manager for New Product Development at Enerpac, directing a team in the creation of innovative hydraulic products. During a significant tenure at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Taylor excelled as Product Development Technical Lead, managing whole vehicle projects and developing critical powertrain systems. Early career experiences at Caterpillar Inc. included roles as Remanufactured Product Engineer and Core Component Design Engineer, where Taylor contributed to product development and improvement processes. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
