Peter Shaplen

Peter Shaplen is a highly experienced producer in the news and corporate events industry, working with major US networks and international broadcasters. Peter also specializes in crisis communication, media training, and message development. In addition to their work as a producer, Peter has experience as an instructor at E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and the Academy of Art University. Peter has worked with various companies including ABC News, Torme Lauricella, Ironbound Films, and the Dr Phil Show, showcasing their expertise in field production and freelance producing. Furthermore, Peter received an AP Mark Twain Award for their work as a Media Pool Producer representing the media to the courts and law enforcement.
