Dean Warzala

Dean Warzala possesses extensive experience in the lending industry, having served in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Most recently, Dean held the position of SVP/Chief Lending Officer at Blaze Credit Union from December 2016 to January 2025, overseeing strategic initiatives in Commercial, Mortgage, and Consumer lending. Prior roles include Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Blaze Credit Union, Vice President of Mortgage Operations at Royal Credit Union, and President of Mortgage Services at The Servion Group, highlighting a strong focus on mortgage operations and strategic leadership. Dean's career began at Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union, where a comprehensive foundation in consumer lending was established. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
