With extensive experience in marketing, communications, and leadership, Nicki currently leads female football initiatives as Head of Female Football at North Epping Rangers Sports Club, focusing on enhancing the visibility and engagement of women's football. Previous roles include Director of Marketing & Communications at Tyco, where Nicki oversaw branding and change management for a $750 million entity, and Marketing Executive at NetStar, specializing in strategic marketing and customer retention. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing, Business Law, and English Literature from Macquarie University.
