Currently, Lance is the Vice President of Global Franchise Operations at Blaze Pizza, where they lead all aspects of franchise restaurant operations and business consulting across multiple states and countries. Lance is responsible for ensuring brand standard adherence, conducting operational assessments, and fostering positive relationships with franchisees. Additionally, Lance has experience in training, coaching, and supporting new and current franchise owners, as well as enhancing restaurant designs for efficiency.
